Hello Comrades,
The cooler weather is upon us.  So far November has been a busy month for our little post.  We have had at least 3 Vets in the Classroom, Flag raisings, Buddy Poppy drives at two locations and Rockn4Heros.  We also chose our winners for Patriot Pen, Voice of Democracy and Teacher of the Year.
I want to congratulate all of our winners.

Fire Fighter has not been awarded at this time.  I will announce when I receive the name from Golder Ranch Fire District.
 
We will be hosting an awards banquet for the post on 2 December at 5 pm at the Catalina Mountain Elks Lodge #2815.  The 1st place winners, Teacher of the Year and Public Servants will also have awards at the District Awards Banquet on 13 Dec 4pm Social Hour, Dinner at 5 pm and Awards at 6 pm at Post 10015.

  
I am looking for about 3 people who can help me with our Liberation of Kuwait Ceremony that will be held at the end of February.  This is the 35th year of Desert Shield/Storm.
