Comrades, families and friends,

 

I want to congratulate our District winners from our Post.

Voice of Democracy winners are:

Charlie Arvizu -1st Place - Tucson HS - She will go on to State.

Patriot Pen winners are:

Finley Ryan Montevaldo-Wood - 2nd Place - Pusch Ridge Christian Academy

Teacher of the Year for HS:

Phillip (Pete) Pederson

 

Public Servant Awards:

Manny Guerrero - Oro Valley PD

Jen Rouff - Dispatcher - Oro Valley PD

Fire Fighter has not been awarded at this time.  I will announce when I receive the name from Golder Ranch Fire District.

My Christmas Message to each of you:

 

As we gather for another holiday season, I want to extend heartfelt wishes to each of you. This time of year, reminds us of the strength of community, the comfort of camaraderie, and the deep gratitude we share for all who have worn the uniform in service to our nation.

To our veterans: thank you for the sacrifices you’ve made and the example you continue to set. To our families: thank you for your unwavering support, your patience, and the love that sustains our veterans long after their service ends. And to our volunteers and supporters: your dedication keeps our mission alive throughout the year.

May this season bring you peace, joy, and moments of rest. May the New Year ahead be filled with purpose, good health, and opportunities to continue serving one another and our community.
